Hello,
My name is Lola, or Jot Prem, and I would like to take you on the path of Kundalini Yoga.
This versatile form of yoga helps me to move through life with confidence, lightness and calmness. To face challenges with grace. It enriches my experience of life and brings me more in touch with my feelings and needs.
My daily practice keeps me centered and balanced. It also brings me from head to heart, especially the meditations. Through Kundalini Yoga I discover my own strength and I clearly feel my direction. It also gives me the clarity to follow that direction, which makes me always feel that I am in the right place at the right time. It makes things that seemed so complicated before so simple.
I am happy to share this beautiful technique with anyone who is interested!

What can you expect?
In my lessons, 'experiencing' is central. Feeling, observing and tuning in on different levels: mentally, emotionally, physically and energetically. I like to address both the 'masculine' and the 'feminine' in you. By that I mean the poles that we all carry within us, regardless of gender. One lesson is fiery and dynamic and challenges you to discover your own strength. The other lesson is soft and meditative and brings you into contact with your heart and with calmness.
With the help of breathing techniques, mantras, postures, relaxation, special meditations and sometimes dance, you train your system to be able to carry more life energy, so that you can increasingly feel that you are really alive! How wonderful is that!
.The lessons are open and inviting for everyone who is curious about 'more'. More flow, balance, vitality and peace in life. You don't have to be flexible for it and you don't have to believe anything, everyone is welcome. I create a safe space where you can allow what comes along and take the ‘journey within yourself’.
