19.00 - 20.30 The wellbeing song club, guided by Maia Steinberg (MAGU) and accompanied by live music by MAGU and Brian van Weijen.
Curious about exploring meditation and singing wellbeing songs? Then join us for a guided journey combining guided meditations, voice release exercises and wellbeing songs. In the Wellbeing song club we use our voices to express and give freedom to stuck emotions, while discovering the power of our voices and singing together. No previous experience required, this is a space to allow yourself to be just as you are!
